Foreplay is a common word that is heard all the time. But do you really understand foreplay? Foreplay is a very important part in getting a woman aroused. I can pretty much describe what you have to do during foreplay in very simple terms anyone can understand:

Once you are done teasing, tease again! During foreplay, you should never be touching her nipples or vagina. You want to get really close, but then pull away. Get her all excited; she feels your hands slowly moving towards her vagina and just when she thinks you will go to touch it, you pull away. This makes her want it even more. Foreplay is the point in time where you should be taking off clothes, etc. Give her a nice massage, lick her all over her body, and don’t forget...TEASE! Circle her nipples with your fingers or tongue, but never make contact; same around the vagina. Lick and run your fingers along her inner thighs. If you do it right, she will get antsy and will be begging you to pleasure her. In my opinion, there’s nothing better then making a woman beg you for sex! Find out what drives her crazy. For example, some woman instantly soak themselves when you suck on their toes, while others are completely revolted. Try different things, see what makes her moan, and stop as soon as you think she might not like what you are doing. If she doesn’t like what you're doing, then go back to something you know she likes, and try something else a little later (doing one thing she doesn’t like is fine; 2 in a row is just plain wrong).
